Do you make bespoke pieces?

Not at the moment but we do offer a range of different designs.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Items that are in stock will be shipped out within 3-5 days. Personalised items from our Personalise your Kisses section will be shipped out within 5-7 days. Your items will be packaged securely and shipped out using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

 

What is the cost of shipping?

All of our jewellery items have a flat rate of £2.99. Any orders over £50 will be eligible for free postage.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to destinations in the United Kingdom but we will be looking to expand into Europe and the rest of the World in the near future.

 

What should I do if something isn't right with my order?

When will out of stock items be back?

Sometimes our items will be out of stock. If you would like to be notified and updated about an out of stock item please contact info@kissesonyou.com or subscribe here or maybe visit our social media platforms which are updated weekly with new designs.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the nature of our pieces especially our personalised products, we do not accept cancellations. If however any changes need to be made to an existing order please contact orders@kissesonyou.com with your name and order number and we will endeavour to do our best to accommodate you.

 

How do I take care of my Kisses On You jewellery?

Our jewellery is handcrafted and delicate so please handle with care. Store your jewellery in a soft lined box or pouch when not in use. Avoid objects that can scratch or chip the finish. Protect your jewellery by removing it before swimming or showering, as chlorine can erode precious metals. Avoid direct contact with chemicals that may contain abrasives such as perfume, lotions, hairspray and other beauty products.

Cleaning your jewellery is best done with warm water and detergent free soap. Thoroughly dry with a clean towel and gently buff using our soft microfibre polishing cloth.


Can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or simply change your mind after you have received your order you have 14 days to request a return. Please contact returns@kissesonyou.com giving us a brief description of the reason for the return. Upon in receiving it, we'll then will be in touch.

If return is the only answer we would ask you to return the item, unworn, within 14 days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless your item is faulty. If you are returning the item because it is faulty then we either offer an exchange or full refund. For all returns we would also refund the postage charge.

Simply return the jewellery to us in its original packaging including the original box provided with all the accompanying items. Items that appear worn or used will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer. Please use the return address label provided with the invoice stating whether you require a refund or an exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A full refund of the item/s including the original postage cost will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any items that do not reach us are the responsibility of the customer.

Any damage incurred by the customer from mis-use cannot be repaired.

Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact is not a fault. Please see our care instructions on how to avoid this.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at refunds@kissesonyou.com
